Studio policy during the pandemic

Masks are not required at this time. But you are welcome to wear it if you would like.
Please bring your own Grip aids such as Dry-Hands, Rosin Spray, etc
Touch-less temperature Check at the front desk. We will ask you to go home if you have a fever of 100.4 or higher and rest at home.
Aerial Apparatus, grip-aids, yoga mats, yoga blocks, training bands...etc. will be checked out at the front desk. When you change apparatuses please see the staff to exchange.
Cleaning Policy: Please take a disinfectant kit for Open Gyms. at the front desk. Please disinfect what you used at the end of your training.
New Reservation and Cancellation Policy: All the reservations must be made at least TWO (2) hours prior to the class. Cancellation will be also minimum Six (6) hours prior to the class.

We are unable to offer refunds at this time.
If your membership was placed on hold, you will have a different billing date than before, due to the period of closure. Aerial Athletica's dates of closure were from 3/18/2020-5/28/2020. All memberships will resume on 5/29/2020. If you would like to know your new billing date, please email us Contact@AerialAthletica.com

Cancellation policy

Visitors & drop-ins:
Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: 50% refund or Reschedule (Reschedule can be up to 2 times within 90 days of original reservation).
Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: No refund available.

Intro Class ticket package holders:
Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: Ticket is returned to your package.
Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: You may choose 1) Ticket will be forfeited OR 2) $10 cancellation fee and ticket is returned to your package.

Regukar Class ticket package holders: Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: Ticket is returned to your package. Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: You may choose 1) Ticket will be forfeited OR 2) $17 cancellation fee and ticket is returned to your package.

Standard Monthly Members:
Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: class is returned to your membership.
Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: 1) Ticket will be forfeited OR 2) $12 cancellation fee and ticket is returned to your package

Optimal Monthly Members: Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: class is returned to your membership. Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: 1) Ticket will be forfeited OR 2) $10 cancellation fee and ticket is returned to your package

Unlimited Monthly Members:
Cancellation ≥ 6 hrs before class start time: No Penalty
Cancellation < 6 hrs before class start time: $5 cancellation fee

Private lessons and Private Party

8+ days prior to the party/lesson date: 90% refund
7 days to 1 days prior: 50% refund
Within 24 hours: 0% refund

Please read before taking a class

To ensure everyone receives equal treatment and has the same amazing experience please follow these points of etiquette. It will also help our instructors make the class even more fantastic!

NO PRIVATE LESSONS ALLOWED DURING OPEN GYM except with Aerial Athletica instructors or a third-party instructor arrangement organized in advance.
Reserve your spot
Cancelations must be 6 hrs in advance - If you must cancel your spot please do so 6 hours in advance or the full price of the class will be charged to your account.
Arrive at least 10mins before the class
Check in at the Kiosk in front of the door
No video recording of instructors during class (Recording yourself, after the class and Open gym video is fine.)
No food in the training area.
No “Cattiness”- Be kind and make friends we are a community, not competition.
Keep valuables in your home, car, or locker. Please do not leave your stuff in the changing area.
Personal equipment and apparatuses are used at your own risk
No shoes on the carpet and pole floors.
No alcohol or drugs
For pole space, if you wear heels, please clean any heel marks!
Please put equipment back neatly after each use
No soliciting of any kind
Parents are responsible for their own children if you bring them to the studio.
No underage 18 allowed on any apparatus except the classes/private sessions.
All sales are final, no refund available.

Aerial Athletica Waivers

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY

AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) FOR AERIAL ATHLETICA LLC

In consideration of participating in the activities at Aerial Athletica L.L.C., I represent that I understand the nature of this activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I understand that any health problems such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, any condition where being upside-down is contraindicated and others not listed will not be allowed to participate in these activities without a written doctor’s approval. I acknowledge that if I believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am fully aware that aerial arts (i.e. aerial silks, trapeze, lyra, dance, rope, straps, acrobatics, pole dance, and related activities) contains dangers and inherent risks (including serious injury or death), that no amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can eliminate. I understand the scope, nature and extent of the risks involved and voluntarily and freely choose to assume any and all such risks. I fully understand that this Activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “releasees” named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the activity.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue or take legal action against Aerial Athletica L.L.C., its respective administrators, owners, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as a result of such claim. Parents and/or guardians are solely responsible for getting their minor to and from the facility safely and holds Aerial Athletica LLC harmless of any events that may occur leaving or coming in to the facility. Further, I hereby accept full responsibility and assume any and all risk for the safety and integrity of my own apparatuses, should I choose to bring and/or use them at Aerial Atheltica LLC's facilities.

I hereby grant Aerial Athletica L.L.C. permission to interview me and/or to use by likeness in photograph(s)/video in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Aerial Athletica LLC in perpetuity, and for other use by Aerial Athletica LLC. I will make no monetary or other claim against Aerial Athletica LLC for the use of the interview and/or photograph(s)/video.

I have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect. I acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain independent legal advice concerning the ramifications of signing this document.

THIS WAIVER WILL TAKE FULL EFFECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS APPLIED.

PARENTAL CONSENT

AND I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of the above-referenced activities and the Minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such activity. I hereby Release, discharge, covenant not to sue and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from all liability, claims demands, losses or damages on the minor’s account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the above Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost of any Releasee may incur as the result of any such claim. I acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain independent legal advice concerning the ramifications of signing this document.
