What is Lyra?
Lyria, also known as aerial hoop, trains bodyweight strength and control on a large metal hoop suspended from the ceiling. Lyra teaches strength, balance, and control but is best known for exciting spinning techniques. Try Lyra at Aerial Athletica and fall in love with something new!
