What is Pole Fitness?

Pole Fitness is the newest craze! (Also called as Pole Dance, Pole Dancing, Pole Sport, and Pole Art). Get your ideal body by combining dancing, acrobatics, and strength on one of our 6 Competition Poles. Work your way through Aerial Athletica’s unique 4-level program to take you higher! Taught by international pole champions you’re sure to forge new friendships and experiences with Aerial Athletica and Pole Fitness.

What to wear

Women: T-shirt or sports bra, and shorts (above the knee).

Men: T-shirt or no shirt, Shorts (above the knee).

Looking to try something new, but not ready to commit?  Try an Intro Class!  Learn about the apparatus, how it's used, some basic conditioning skills to prepare, and some beginner techniques.  Take an intro class...take 10! Take all the time you need to be ready to dive in to level 1!
