Aerial pole class
Aerial pole is an apparatus, also known as a flying dance pole and Flying chinese pole, that artists hang from while show-casing their strength, balance, and flexibility. Previous aerial and pole experience recommended.

Clothing Requirements
Close fitting clothing. Leggings are suggested. waist area needs to be covered. Long hair should be pulled back and jewelry should be removed before class.
Physical Requirements
Students must be free of injuries that would prevent safe enjoyment of the class. Our classes are easily adapted to the strength of the student.
