What is Conditioning?

      This class will be taught in the Vegas Athletica Conditioning area and will only allow 8 people maximum per class.  This guarantees personal 1-on-1 attention from your coach, whom you'll get to know on a personal level in an un-intimidating and welcoming private gym setting.

     This class is coached by Coop, who has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 13 years.  He also holds multiple certifications in the Strength, Conditioning, Fitness, and Nutrition industries.  Some of his accolades include Power Athlete Coach, NSCA-CPT, Precision Nutrition coach, Crossfit level 2 coach, Iron Club Kettlebell certification, Strong Man techniques cert., Weightlifting cert, and more. 

     Not just, "go, go, go"! In this class, you will be taught how to safely and correctly use free weights including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, sandbags, and more. 

Correct movement is crucial.  You will find yourself more confident in any gym setting with your new education if proper movement patterns and their applications to your goals. 

  All of the above is only $20 per drop-in!  This class is presented by Vegas Athletica and is only available as a drop-in class.  Aerial Athletica memberships and tickets will not apply to this class.
