Zhy

Zhyandia Joi began dancing in Virginia at 6 years old.  A passion for performing has led Zhy to call several areas home including the San Francisco Bay, South Florida, San Diego, and now Las Vegas.  Zhy earned her Master’s in Philosophy in 2010 and began her pole journey a year later.  She enjoys combining a love for reflection with the power of the stage to create thought-provoking pieces for showcases and competitions.  Whether entertaining or dramatic, serene or intense, Zhy hopes that each performance will be a unique moment shared between herself and the audience.  As an instructor, she enjoys helping new and veteran students tap into their own performative qualities to become stronger dancers.
